Refund policy
At Dia360.ch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. We must inform you that we do not offer refunds at the moment, however, if you have received a damaged item, we will offer replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange a replacement. We will need proof of the damaged item and a photo to process the replacement.
